The Citizen MLT-4280 line thermal printer mechanism is tailor-made for handheld applications. The mechanism features an ultra compact design and low voltage usage (5V), combine that with high-speed printing (80mm/sec) and a robust and highly reliable Zinc die-cast frame and you have a mechanism that will work with a full range of portable applications. Available sensors are head temperature, paper, platen and cutter position. The MLT-4280 also has a label version with black mark sensor for any mobile label applications.
